This is a serie of 6 paintings in which the upper circles are related to the bottom circles.

From the right to the left, in the upper paintings, the image evolves from an abstracted female figure into a representation of the brain.

We just can't see how it is that properties like experience and awareness could result from the motions of molecules and atoms.

So, in the bottom paintings you see a physical representation of the atoms of consciousness.
